Market vendor spotlight: Ladner Artisan Chocolates
KPU practicum student Tyson D., who is assisting the Gulf of Georgia Cannery Society’s marketing and event departments this fall/winter semester, will be introducing some of the feature (season-long) vendors at the Cannery Farmers’ Market.
Death by chocolate? Yes please! With Ladner Artisan Chocolates’ wide selection of delectable, small batch, and locally made confections, there is something for every sweet tooth from truffles to tiger butter.
Locally owned and operated out of the historic village of Ladner, Evelyn and her family hand make their chocolates using local ingredients wherever possible, combined with Belgian chocolates, and without preservatives or additives. Furthermore, these lovely locals put the art in artisan chocolates. Not only are their chocolates sinfully delicious, but they are also made with the loving touch of true masters of their craft.
As featured vendors at the Cannery Farmers’ Market, these crafty chocolatiers will be at the upcoming November 17th market, so be sure to come by and satisfy your sweet tooth!
