By consenting, you agree to the following terms:

You grant the Gulf of Georgia Cannery Society (GOGCS) non-exclusive, irrevocable, unrestricted, royalty free license use of the content (images, recordings, videos, text, stories, etc.) that you submit.

GOGCS may crop, alter, or modify the content that you submit or combine them with other submitted materials.

You grant permission for GOGCS to add the submitted content to their archival collections, which may be used for future research, interpretation and/ or educational purposes.

The content may be stored and accessed outside Canada.

GOGCS are authorized by section 26 of the British Columbia Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act to collect the content and information on this form.

You consent to receiving electronic communications from GOGCS representatives with the email address provided. You understand that communications may request additional information or content. You consent to being electronically communicated with in the foreseeable future. You may withdraw your consent at any time to electronic messages by informing the GOGCS representative you would like them to cease contact.
